What is New in Version 1.1

What's NEW: Cutting edge tools, user friendly navigation and a lot more information to keep the competition where they need to be - behind you! The latest version of DUBAIFocus gives you all this and much more. Here are the major changes :

HOME Tab:

  1. "District names" drop down box: You no longer have to find your district on the heat map. Just choose from the new user friendly "District names" drop down box that allows you to choose the district name in order to view transaction, value, area and average SQM value.
  2. FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions: Navigating through DUBAIFocus has never been easier. Just click on the FAQs and look up any questions you have. We have listed out over 20 possible questions with their solutions so that you no longer waste time trying to figure out what to do. Also, since customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, you can now write to us should you have any other questions. Please feel free to contact us through the FEEDBACK button on the top bar or send an email to help@reidin.com or use the contact us section.
  3. Glossary: Ever wondered what 'Land Amalgamation' or 'Endowment' means. You now have an all new glossary with definitions of over 44 locally used transaction terms and their descriptions at your figure tips

DATA Tab:

  1. Select the location on the Map: You can now select the area manually on the Dubai Google Map and view the transactions happened in that particular area.
  2. Results on the MAP or TABLE: You can now view transaction results right on the map or in the table format. The precise red and blue pins that pinpoint the properties is further divided into freehold and non-freehold for your added benefit
  3. Transaction Details: Want to do some offline number crunching? You can download the transaction details in Microsoft Excel format to do offline analysis and comparisons. Additionally, the transaction details now contain a new column - "location information". To make the display more user friendly, the order of fields is now re-arranged to display related data points next to each other.
  4. Unit of your choice: in addition to square meter (SQM), you can now see sizes in square feet (SQF) as well. You can also convert from one to the other.
  5. Currency of your choice: in addition to AED, you can now see prices in USD as well. You can also convert from one to the other.
  6. Freehold properties: You can now search freehold properties.
  7. Specific property Search: Now you can search for a particular property through various options. All you need is any of the following:
    • Municipality number
    • Parcel id
    • Land number
    • Project name
    • Building name
    To view all the Building/Project names that are available in our database, simply select the question mark next to the drop down box. Do know that this amazing new feature is only available to our Premium users.
  8. Download Transaction Detail: You can now download details of a transaction in excel.

ANALYTICS Tab:

  1. Transactor Type: You can now choose to view "Buyer" or "Seller" while comparing area, price or number of transactions for various Data Fields.
  2. Date Range: In addition to selecting a date range, now you can enter your own date range.
  3. The 'All' option: You can now choose 'All' while comparing any of the Data Fields, be it comparison of nationalities, various mortgage banks.
  4. Fixed Arrears: We are now showing periods which do not have any transaction as well.This makes data manipulation easier in excel.

  1. Query through maps: With the new 'Map Search' tool you can find a property directly on the map and also find the related transaction details (of apartments or villas), If there are any registered with the Land Department.
  2. Check out the location of a property/plot directly through the map - The hottest new feature allows you to locate exactly where your property/plot is.
  3. Much more information available: You are no longer restricted to searching by district names only. We now have project numbers, project and/or building names, parcel and plot IDs and much more.
  4. Search made easier than ever: The new advanced search feature allows you to search by: project name, building name and plot id rather than just district names.
  5. More information to download and analyze: You can choose to download the details of all transactions in a particular project or perhaps download all plot IDs in a particular district or ... the choices are multifarious. Try it, today!
